[sis. tracy's note: this is a REMARKABLE testimony attended by many miracles of the Lord Jesus Christ. Sister Marianne was from a Catholic background but the blood of Jesus overpowered all the false doctrine and set her and her husband free so they could worship Jesus. King Jesus loosed every chain and shackle off of them and then performed many miracles in a short time to manifest the truth to the rest of her family, colleagues, and others. What a merciful, POWERFUL God we serve. Take note how she was willing to suffer the word of the Lord and even quit her job when nothing else was there. Many of us would not just up and quit a job that was displeasing to the Lord. She did it and was BLESSED and shall BE BLESSED as long as she keeps on believing in the Lord to that level. The more King Jesus does in your life the more the confidence builds up. No need to backslide. Keep on frontsliding and growing in the Lord. All the Lord asks is that we have faith in Him and His word. If we follow His word even when it does not line up with what we see, we SHALL be blessed. Subject: My husband and I accepted Jesus as our Savior after visiting your site

From: Marianne
To: webmaster@jesus-is-lord.comDear Sis. Tracy,
Let me tell you what a wonderful work you are doing with your site. I found your site "by accident" using a search engine. I was raised Catholic and I had been baptized, married, everything in the church. I thought that I knew Jesus. I was a very "good" Catholic, did everything the priest told us to do, went to confessional, you name it. I thought this would get me to Heaven faster (less time in purgatory). Boy, was I wrong!
When I first went to your site, I was outraged. I couldn't believe that you were "attacking" my religion. I read more and more of your articles so I could prove you wrong! I am a very thorough person - I am a lawyer by trade, and I have a penchant for getting to the bottom of things. I thought for sure that I would discover the error of your ways and prove it to you. But as I researched the Bible, I knew something was horribly wrong. The Bible (even the one I was using, which was not KJV) was disproving years of heresy that I had espoused in my religion. I found that the words on your site rang true, and that was very disquieting. In desperation, I went to my husband and showed him your articles. He was also angry at first, but as I began pointing out scriptures to him, he was also feeling very odd about it.
We went to our priest. He told us that your site was wrong, that we should repent for believing what was said on your site. We were told that fundamentalists such as yourself were dangerous, trying to pull us away from the "true faith" that is only found in the Catholic "church," that it was the trick of the devil. But we knew the Bible can't be wrong. My husband and I walked out of the office. I asked him what we were going to do. He said that we would never go back to that "church" again.
We went to a local Independent Baptist church where one of our friends attended. She had been witnessing to us for a few years. We talked to the pastor, a very nice man of God. His words were backed up with the Bible and were very similar to your site. We must accept Jesus as our Savior and be born-again. Mary is not the co-redeemer with Christ. Purgatory doesn't exist. My husband and I went home and dropped to our knees and asked Jesus into our lives and marriage at the same time. That has been two weeks ago, and my husband and I are getting along so much better and we are faithful in our church attendance. We spend time every day in the Word of God and we are witnessing to all of our family members and friends. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart because if I had not found your site on the web, I don't know how long if ever I would have been interested in finding out more about the Bible and Jesus Christ. I don't know if I ever would have accepted Him as my Savior. He has used your site in a great way and I am sure He will continue to do so, so that all men will see His glorious light. Praise God!
Sincerely,
Marianne

[tracy's note: this is my email response. It is a little lengthy as I try to encourage those who are new in the Lord--but don't let this stop you from reading Sis. Marianne's next email--it is awesome!]
Dear Sister Marianne:
Glory be to God and thank you, Jesus. Praise His holy name for He alone is worthy of all of our contemplation, speech, and effort. His word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.
It was a refreshing to receive your email. The word tells us that there is rejoicing IN HEAVEN over ONE sinner that repenteth. Glory be to God. I am very glad and happy that you and your dear husband are my brother and sister in the Lord Jesus Christ. Praise Him. He must be praised for He is good and His mercy endureth forever.
I went down to my basement to pray for you. Some people would call my basement, my prayer closet based on--
Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.Your prayer closet is that special place that you resort to to pray to the Lord. It is where you seek the honour, power and annointing that comes only from the Lord. Ask the Lord to consecrate a room in your home where you can regularly resort to commune with Him. If you do this, He will reward you openly by giving you wisdom and knowledge and annointing. When I pray, I praise the Lord. I thank Him. I repent of my sins and ask Him to help me to do better. I pray the promises that are found in the word of God. One promise is that all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. If I live right, I'll suffer so I ask the Lord to make me willing to suffer and still lift up His holy name. When I pray, I make intercession for other people. I ask the Lord to SAVE the lost. I ask Him to raise up gospel workers who will work in His harvest. I ask Him to make me a better wife and mother. These are just examples of things we can pray for. When we ask the Lord for something righteous, He will give it to us. Problem with the tongue? Talk to Jesus about it and start shutting your mouth. This is an amazing life. My sweet, dear sister, the Lord can do anything. If we will only believe all things are possible.
There is so much awaiting you on the other side of your continued obedience to the word. Keep tarrying in the word of God and walk it. You will live the ABUNDANT life--
John 10:10 "...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."Jesus Christ is the Lord. There is so much for you. I pray all those acute lawyer skills will be SANCTIFIED and used for the glory of God and the furtherance of His kingdom. And if you have remembrance in the future, write to me and tell me about the exploits you are doing in Jesus' name. Do everything in His name and to His glory. I even wash dishes in Jesus' name. Jesus said--
John 15:1 I AM THE TRUE VINE, and my Father is the husbandman. 15:2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he PURGETH it, that it may bring forth more fruit. 15:3 Now ye are clean THROUGH THE WORD which I have spoken unto you. 15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, EXCEPT YE ABIDE IN ME. 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth MUCH fruit: for without me ye can do NOTHING.Abide in King Jesus, my sister and my brother. Read the word and let that sound doctrine be built up in your soul brick by brick for --
For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: Isaiah 28:10There is so much awaiting you, but you'll have to learn each doctrine one at a time. Keep reading the word. The Lord has loosed you from distortions. Let the word be your filter to discern if someone is speaking right or not. The word of God is a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces. It will bust up every lie, every false prophet, every false doctrine. Tarry in the word and become a scribe instructed in the kingdom of heaven.
Read whole books [of the Bible]. Some people just flip to a scripture here and a scripture there, but we need to read whole books. Over and over again. Keep gazing at it. Discipline yourself to read and pray even when the flesh doesn't feel like it. The word will keep you steady and established in the faith of Jesus Christ. The word washes our mind. It is holy and it makes us holy. Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible and it is all about the merits of God's word. When I read your email, that jumped out at me--that you testified of God's word. Park right there, sister and you'll grow into a powerful woman of God. That's what I've prayed for you and your husband. To become a powerful, gospel working team. Stay in the word and that is exactly what will happen. The ball is already rolling.
I know this email is somewhat lengthy, but I never know if I'll hear from my friends again. I'd love to be able to put my hands on you, hug you, be there to disciple you, but that is rarely the case in this ministry. I know the Lord will keep you because He knows His own, glory hallelujah. Of course you can write anytime and I'll be happy to hear from you. Remind me of who you are so that I can respond promptly.
I'm glad to know that you are in a church home. Many get saved and don't know where to go. I'm glad to hear about you and your husband coming together more since getting saved. The Lord Jesus Christ, the King of glory, will come into each area of our lives and make them to blossom, if we'll allow Him to. The Lord led me to start a little Christian Family Page that may have some tips you can use--http://www.jesus-is-lord.com/family.htm
O God bless you, dear ones. I am so blessed just hearing from you. May you turn MANY to righteousness. I'll leave you with yet another promise from God's holy word--
Daniel 12:3 And they that be wise shall SHINE as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness AS THE STARS FOR EVER AND EVER....God speed as you run on in Jesus' holy and righteous name. You'll overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony.
for Jesus' sake,
tracy

To: tracy@jesus-is-lord.comDear Sister Tracy,
I am sure you get a lot of email in regards to your site so you probably don't remember me, but my name is Marianne and my husband and I accepted Christ into our hearts and lives in May after visiting your site. I just can't thank God enough for leading me to your site. Our lives have changed so much! God is so gracious! I was once a divorce lawyer, dealing with the immorality and playing the games, seeing divorces for no other reasons than mere differences that the Lord can heal with prayer! I quit my job two weeks after I wrote you last, because I knew it couldn't be God's will for me to help facilitate divorces! My husband and I were concerned about the money (because my husband is still interning at the hospital, he is a doctor) but knew God would take of things, well not two days later my pastor mentioned that he knew a Christian lawyer who was looking for someone to help him part-time to check over legal agreements (leases and the sort). I could work at home and it is only part-time (about 10-15 hours a week) and the money from that was more than enough to support us until my husband finishes with his medical training (three months left!). Jesus has been so good!
Also, in six months, my husband and I will be having our first children! We have been trying for over four years to have children, but nothing was working. We even tried in-vitro fertilization but it didn't work. Finally a doctor told me that I could not have any children, I was barren. I was devastated, we wanted children so badly! Shortly after my husband and I were saved, we started praying for children. The next thing I know, I am having morning sickness but I thought I had the flu! So I went to the doctor about my "flu" and that is when I learned that God had blessed us with a child! Alex (my husband) and I were so excited, and even more excited to learn that we are having twins! And here we were told that we would never be able to have children. It just shows what God can do! The doctor was pretty surprised and he asked me if we had done anything differently to get pregnant, and I said we prayed to Jesus about it! Now every time I go into the office for a checkup I tell him and his staff about Jesus, it is so exciting! :) And I am so excited about the articles you have on your site about child-rearing and the Christian family structure, and when they come of age I am definitely home schooling!
As you can see, God is just blessing Alex and me right and left, our lives have changed so much since Jesus came into our hearts, we were about ready to divorce due to adultery tearing us apart (neither of us have been completely faithful during our marriage), and now our marriage is completely restored and better than it has ever been, we have been able to forgive each other and trust one another again, and now we have two precious children on the way, and with several family members accepting Jesus into their hearts in the past couple of months, I can't thank God enough! I just had to share about the new lives Jesus has given to us, and I am so thankful that we found your site when we did, I don't even want to know where we would be if we hadn't been born-again!!! Thank you for preaching the truth, and God bless you!
Sincerely,

My Sister:
What an awesome report. If I didn't know of the power of the Lord, your testimony would be beyond my corrupt human imagination. This is an amazing thing. JESUS CHRIST IS THE LORD! HE IS LORD! He is worthy of ALL the power, ALL the glory, and ALL the honour. You stepped out in Jesus' name even to the level of leaving your job AND KING JESUS SHOWED UP JUST LIKE HE ALWAYS DOES. Praise His name. Hallelujah to the Lamb. Glory. He is magnifying His own Self in your lives and will continue to do so as you tarry in HIS doctrine. You will suffer, but as a result you will get stronger and stronger in the Lord. You will get more powerful in His word and in His service.
Philippians 1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also TO SUFFER for his sake; The Lord loves the upright in heart and the scriptures teach that He will withhold no good thing from you. Nothing. Keep basking in Him and worshipping HIS holy name. Glory to the Lamb.
This is an amazing thing you have testified--that is without controversy. Your testimony shall continue to bear fruit--and your fruit shall remain--all to the glory of Jesus. You have become a gazingstock, a wonder. Many have (and shall) behold your family and wonder at the power of God to transform, renew and regenerate. Glory to the Lamb. And when they look at you, you will testify of JESUS. That is the ONLY name whereby we must be saved--JESUS. Glory to His name. JESUS hath power to forgive, deliver from the bondage of sin, sustain, and take us up to glory where we will NEVER forget what He hath done.
Only with your permission, I would love to share this awesome testimony report with others that visit the website. It has certainly encouraged me. We overcome the devil, that old dragon and Satan by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony--
Revelation 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.I am so glad that the Lord has put in you to homeschool the children in the ways of the Lord. In the name of Jesus, I look forward to publishing a page about homeschooling. I've asked the Lord to show me DIVINE instructional methods for teaching our children. I am not looking to just bring the public school system into my home, I WANT TO TEACH THE RIGHT WAY OF THE LORD and integrate it into every subject. The end of all education is that our children should worship Jesus by obeying His word and rise up and call HIM blessed. Everything else will flow from that holy fact that they know how to praise their Creator.
I just have to say glory to God. I look forward to getting down on my knees in thanksgiving to the ONLY wise God and Saviour Jesus Christ for what He hath wrought in your life, my sister. God bless you abundantly with His own Self. May you and Brother Alex and the children grow in the grace and knowledge of the ONLY wise God and Saviour Jesus Christ. His name is worthy to be praised and testified of. He is the Blessed.
I shall pray for you, and if you have remembrance, please pray for me. I do not know how much the prayers of the saints have availed in my own feeble life. We are to pray without ceasing. It availeth much. God speed as you run on in JESUS' holy name.
for Jesus' sake,
tracy

To: t&t@jesus-is-lord.comDear Sister Tracy,
It was good to hear from you again :) I'm sorry it has taken a little while for me to respond, I've had two doctor's visits this week and have been feeling a bit worn down! But what a joy to be carrying two miracles from God! I continually praise Jesus for all that He has done in such a short time in my life, my husband's life, and other family members who have come to know Jesus. Family members and friends continually ask about the changes that have developed in both Alex and I, especially in our restored marriage, and we just keep pointing to Jesus! I am so in awe that Jesus would not only save my absolutely sinful and wayward soul, but to also strengthen a virtually destroyed marriage, and to give us two precious children. I didn't think any of that would be possible! But with God, all things are possible :)
You are very welcome to share Alex's and my testimony on your website, with our names is fine. We are both just so humbled, that Jesus actually uses our testimony to encourage others and lead people to Him. To Christ be all the glory and the praise! Without Him, I would still be on my road to hell, involved in the sins of adultery and divorce. I am still so amazed that Jesus delivered me from all of that. I just can't stop talking about Him. I had an ultrasound a few days ago, a routine thing, and as I looked over on the monitor, hearing two steady, strong heartbeats, with my husband holding my hand and grinning from ear to ear as we watched the precious babies that God chose to give us, even the attending nurse said that if she didn't already believe in God she would now (she knew me and my husband before we were born-again Christians). Absolutely amazing how Jesus uses even the weakest vessels to bring Him honor.
I will be sure to send you pictures once the babies are born :) We're thinking about the names Isaac and Samuel for boys, Sarah and Hannah for girls, and Samuel and Sarah if it is one of each. The pastor and his wife have also been teaching us about rearing our children in a Godly manner, as Alex and I were both raised in very turbulent homes. They've been giving us many Bible passages to study about parenting, it keeps us busy! :)
Thank you very much for your prayers, and Alex and I keep you and the jesus-is-lord.com ministry in our prayers daily!
Sincerely,
Marianne
